[Resolved] Parimatch India — SMS

I play in Parimatch on my computer and in the app on my phone. When I make a deposit via the app, I don't receive an SMS from the bank with a confirmation code. I have to go to Parimatch through the site to deposit funds to the balance. It is a bit inconvenient. Is it impossible to fix it at last? Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (21)
Feb 23, 2024 Complaint marked as Resolved We wrote from the technical department of Parimatch. Asked to describe the problem in detail. They promised that in the next version of the application the problem would be fixed. It's been less than a week, a new version of the application has been released, now SMS come. It's cool that the app is being improved. By the way, they transferred 1000 rupees to my balance as an apology.
