Good afternoon. My account has been blocked. The reason for the blocking, which is indicated when logging into the account "Suspicious activity was detected on your account. Parimatch pays great attention to the safety of players, so your account has been suspended." But I didn't pass my account data to third parties. I just logged into my Parimatch account from my computer, which is located in the university library. Perhaps the blocking is due to the fact that this computer is used by many people? Apr 1, 2024 Complaint marked as Resolved Indeed, as I thought, the problem was due to the fact that too many Parimatch accounts were registered from my university IP. For this reason, the system added this ip to the blacklist. After talking to a support person, my account was unblocked. Now I can log into my account from my university IP address. They also apologized to me and assured me that the security system is designed to increase the level of security and privacy of players, but false positives are still possible in such situations.
