Parimatch India — The robbed my money twice and denyl to pay me back

How can anyone trust even with parimatch customer service when there are bunches of lier siting to serve us. Contacted them to resolve my problem regarding Missing deposited money even after transaction was successful. They told me to make another transaction with same amount to check credentials of my account and promised me tht he is taking responsibility of both of my transaction and it will hardly take 15 minutes for him to do so and I made another transaction with same amount and unfortunately now I'm waiting for 36000 inr which went Missing after successful transaction. 18000+18000. It seems like they stole money from me by offering me to resolve the issue after I make new transaction with same amount. It's is really huge blunder and pathetic customer service from high profile gaming site. I am attaching conversation as well as proof of transaction.

Beware guys. Response from this site sometimes from fake profile who acting as a parimatch but it's not. Double check email address before giving any data to anyone. All the photos tht I shared here I from fake profile. I got scammed so letting you all know be aware. If you have pending withdrawal or deposit thn nothing to worry. Try to connect parimatch customer service through live chat and it will get resolved.
