[Resolved] Parimatch India — Unable to withdraw my winnings

I was unable to withdraw my winnings. It started when I deposited Rs. 15000 in my account and bet it on an event with odds of 1.46. My bets turned out to be winning and I got Rs 7000. I have been playing on this site for about 2 years now and I have not had any problems previously. However, this time I was immediately asked to go through another verification process, which I went through back when I registered my personal account. I think it was just a way to deprive me of my money, to delay their withdrawal. I contacted the support service and blocked my game profile. Mar 4, 2024 Complaint marked as Resolved They wrote to me and introduced themselves as the customer service department of Parimatch. After a long conversation, the employee still managed to convince me to undergo additional video verification. After the verification, my profile was unblocked and the money in my account was not lost.
