My account was blocked in the middle of November. Today I was informed about the need to go through video verification with Parimatch support. I was expecting a call, but it turned out that they sent an email to my mail asking me to follow the link to complete the verification. Unfortunately, I noticed this email much later.
Earlier I had been actively communicating with the company representatives via email, and no one had ever mentioned that verification would be done by clicking on the links. I had already sent all the required documents, including passport photo, earlier.
I am not against going through video verification, but I feel that the whole process has become unnecessarily complicated and confusing. I am beginning to doubt the effectiveness of all my efforts. I want my problem to be heard and finally solved. Was this information helpful? |
