When I tried to place a bet on a live match, the Parimatch website froze and I was unable to confirm my bet, missing out on a good odd. This seriously hinders the game. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Mar 23, 2025 Complaint marked as Resolved I contacted Parimatch support, described the problem, and they refunded me for the lost bet. They also promised to conduct a technical check to avoid similar situations in the future.
