When placing a multiple bet, the site froze and as a result only one bet was placed instead of several events.

When the site froze when placing a multiple bet, I immediately reported the problem to support. They apologized for the failure and returned the funds for the incorrect bet. They also promised to sort out the technical problems on the platform.
