Parimatch India — Withdrawal amount not reflected in Bank account

Respected Sir / Madam, I'm, Krishna from chennai. I have been playing parimatch since last 10 months. On 15.11.2024 i made a transaction by withdrawing an amount of Rs.69, 508/- (Rupees sixty nine thousand five hundred and eight only) to my bank account. In my parimatch account it shows as if my transaction was successful. But the amount was not credited as on date. Myself contacted parimatch regarding this issue. But their only reply was my withdrawal was successful. Their reply was as shown below Amount of the transaction 69508.0 INR Status of your transaction Success Transaction ID [protected] Order ID [protected] Type payout Payment method Transaction was created on 15 / 11 / 2024 13:06:36 UTC+0 time Kindly do help me to sort out this issue. Nov 30, 2024 Updated by Krishna2612 I'm krishnaprakash from Chennai, myself made a deposit of Rs:50, 000/- and another Rs:50, 000/- (Totally One Lakh rupees) on November 25th 2024 in to my parimatch account. But so far, it's been initiating as "Processing" not yet got deposited in to my parimatch account. It took nearly 5 long days. But not yet got deposited. Myself raised a complaint in parimatch customer care and raised two tickets regarding my deposit issue as ticket no: 580000 and 580001. But so far no response from them. My Player ID:[protected] Amount deposited on : 25.11.2024 via phonepe app. Rs:50, 000/- and Rs:50, 000/- totally One lakh rupees. Necessary proofs are attached in the enclosures. Kindly do the needful. Thank you.🙏🏻
