Parimatch India — Withdrawal not credited

I have made withdrawal of Rs.20, 000 on[protected]. It's been more than 2weeks and funds didn't reflected in my account. It showing as approved in my payment history on the next day but funds didn't credited to my bank account. Contacted support alot of times by providing bank statement as proof. The support is providing only transaction reference number and asking to enquire by myself. I have enquired but bank is not able to find any transaction with the provided reference number. Now they asking letter from bank stating that the transaction didn't occurred with the given reference. Banks won't provide letters like that for unknown reference number in our country. Parimatch and their third party withdrawal agencies is using this as an advantage to delay withdrawal or completely skip those withdrawals.
