Parimatch India — Withdrawal not received But showing successful in the parimatch app.

I have made a withdrawal of ₹2000 on 1st November from parimatch account and it was showing that the withdrawal was successful but i didn't receive the withdrawal money yet and I have also contacted with the support team of parimatch and provided them with the all needed documents like bank statement and Account number but still I didn't receive the withdrawal money yet.
