Parimatch — Not able to withdraw my funds

After having submitted all documents (aadhar ID proof) on the app and on email on multiple occasions, Parimatch at first, mentioned that your account verification is completed, but did not let me withdraw funds. Their whatsapp chat bot mentions that your account is not verified and the process might take long - without giving any indication on how long, etc. My funds are stuck in the app. My account number is[protected].
