Parimatch — Withdrawal amount not credited

Parimatch account no[protected] I withdrew total of 3101rs but never recieved any.
Whenever I have a chat with them they reply with copy paste answer they states something like (we know you are fustrated )
The same reply I am getting from chat and mail since last 10days they are literally fooling me now I think so they have generated fake promises that I will get my money soon but that soon never came until now
