Parimatch — Withdrawal not received even after 3 months

I had requested withdrawal of Rs 9200 on 12 Feb 2026 on my Icici bank account, a ticket was created 76730594, from last 1 month they are saying your amount is sent, which was never i sent them Bank statement and bank response still they are giving excuses, its almost 3 months now
