Parisera.com — Poor customer experience

I had a poor experience with parisera.com as well. Placed my order today - for 2 dupattas and a gift card. The transaction was accepted and I was not charged shipping and handling. About half hour later I received a call from Bharad saying that the gift card does not qualify for free shipping minimum and so they will have to charge me Rs. 200. I don't care about Rs. 200, but I disagree on the principle that you can't change an order after it has gone through. My real interest in Parisera was a Kanjeevaram saree, but because of they don't have a return policy I decided to try them with a small purchase. Clearly all that the company cares about is the transaction, not the customer relationship. Well I'll take my dollars elsewhere.
