Hi,

I ordered a saree on feb 17th they said there are weaving irregularities with the saree and asked me to order any other spree which i did by paying extra money on march 2nd then on march 6th i got whatsapp saying bad news due to fire they lost the spree as the place caught a fire theni ordered another saree par[protected]. They didn't shipped the saree at alone day they will say they are gonna ship it on monday and and they never shipped and when asked they said they are gonna do they never did. When confronted the women said she is gonna do a quality check and send the saree, what i don't understand is why will they say and change the dates of shipping. Is this any fraud / a online scam. I paid them 14000+

Some one please help and advice.

    Bad product quality

    I ordered a saree as gift and quality of the weave which Parisera claims is Kanakavalli is so bad that it cannot be worn at all. They say they do quality check on their product but apparently someone forgot to check this one. Their customer service is so bad they refuse to accept the responsibility of their product sent. So please think twice before you order on Parisera. I can prove with pictures and my order details if required. Be wary...

    Not responding after payment is done

    I wish I had seen the comments on this website before I made the orderr.. I made an order 5 days ago.

    -I hope I will get something if not the same saree. do they cheat by not sending anything at all I wonder. I want to change the shipping address and they are not responding at all.

    Purchased a nose ring from the website. As the ring appeared different from images we tried to return it for store credit. They declared that since the product was now no longer offered, they would not allow even a exchange. They admitted not having a clear policy but refused to solve the problem. Offered an exchange with a substantial penalty. Do not buy from this company.

      I had a poor experience with parisera.com as well. Placed my order today - for 2 dupattas and a gift card. The transaction was accepted and I was not charged shipping and handling. About half hour later I received a call from Bharad saying that the gift card does not qualify for free shipping minimum and so they will have to charge me Rs. 200. I don't care about Rs. 200, but I disagree on the principle that you can't change an order after it has gone through. My real interest in Parisera was a Kanjeevaram saree, but because of they don't have a return policy I decided to try them with a small purchase. Clearly all that the company cares about is the transaction, not the customer relationship. Well I'll take my dollars elsewhere.

        Hi,
        I had ordered a saree for my sister on July 28 -2014 at Parisera.com (Order Number: PAR[protected]_[protected]). But on August 4th 2014, was informed the product was not available (it was available when I booked or else the transaction wouldn’t take place. So a clear case of CHEATING by PARISERA.COM). Hence, I asked for a refund as I felt cheated but the lady said they don’t refund and sent a CREDIT Note on August 4 2014 against my choice.

        Then on September 16 2014, my sister made another selection. I called Parisera and informed them about the product and enquired about the using the credit note. She informed me to select Offline during payment and then make the balance payment to CC Avenue which she would provide later. So I did the offline payment and received confirmation of purchase but didn’t receive any mail form Parisera for balance payment to CC Avenue.
        On September 17th 2014, I received another mail from Parisera.com saying that the product was not available, again. I called up Parisera and asked them to refund as they failed/cheated again. But still Parisera are not refunding the amount and asking me to select another product.
        CHEATS BEWARE !!!
        Vendors like Parisera.com should not be allowed to do online business as they know nothing about doing business or respecting Customers.

          Parisera.com cheating by not delivering confirmed purchase and not refunding the amount.

          Hi,

          I had placed an order for my sister on July 28-2014 at Parisera.com for a saree (Order Number: PAR[protected]_[protected]).

          After few days, i was informed the product was sold out but it was available when I booked. So, i asked for a refund but one of their sales lady said they dont give refund (even though it was Parisera's fault) . She sent a credit note(as we had no other option) on August 4th 2014...
