Parivahan.gov.in — Amount deducted but payment failed

I've paid my tax amount for my car number WB20AG8938 vide transaction id no. WB210910V7544404. Kindly tell me what to do next. The amount got debited from my account but no receipt has been received.
Could you help with your case what has happened ? Is the amount refunded .
I ran into similar situation where amount debuted but no receipt yet . It’s been 3 days now. Also I could not find the transaction status in parivaahan instead it’s allowing to pay again. If this is the case people suggest the payment is failed.
Please advise.
