I have paid all the fees for 4 wheeled lmv and the amount has been deducted from my account. Still its showing failed transaction in their website even after a day.pls refund my amount of 900rs.

I had applied NOC for my car on 6th June 2022. Since I got an update that there is a pending speeding ticket(INR 1500/-) from 2020 which is from previous owner(I bought the car in Mar 2021) I cleared that to avoid delay in process. However to highlight, I had not faced any challenge during the ownership transfer in April 2021 since I had gone through an agent. Now while I went for NOC and even after clearing fines there is not update from the portal or RTO for last 30+days. I called up the customer care of parivahan and they reiterated what I was able to see on screen if I check on the application status. they didn't had any further information on what is pending from my end or what should be the next step, only response what I could get from them was 'we do not have that information, you need to contact RTO'. What is the use of online facility if I need to get in touch with RTO, I could have done it directly at the RTO. However since I am out of state and WFH, I managed to get two get two numbers([protected]/[protected]) that was displayed on the notice board of Bangalore central RTO(HSR Layout) through a relative and diel on those only to realize that there is no real change in our system. One turned out to be not in use and the other one switched off. They (RTO's) always find some or other way to employee agents and get their fare share of bucks. At the end, after waiting for 45+days; I find that only way to get an NOC is to submit original RC, insurance, pollution certificate, form 28 and pencil impression of chassis physically in RTO with fees. My online application is just stuck with no update and no one to inquire about even if I go to RTO all they require is physical documents. What is the use of so called faceless facility, it only for us consumer to loose our face and no body else to be held responsible for this kind of delays.

I have applied for Hypothecation Removal on 12th June 2021 and the same has been showing as approved in Parivahan portal and till date with repeated follow-ups and reminders I have not received the Hypothecation removal letter from Parivahan. Dear Sir/Madam,

I applied for Re- Validation application for my Father’s License dt. 02/10/2019 having APPLICATION NO. [protected]. For this the payment which was charged was Rs. 4, 215/- I made this transaction using my BHIM UPI uco[protected]@upi (to UPI ID [protected]@SBI) Transaction ID[protected] dt, 11th Oct, 2019 Time 03:23 PM. My account was instantly debited after this transaction. When I checked my application payment status, it showed payment failure, but no amount has been reversed to my account till date. Now when I check my application status, no payment status is there and it is asking for fee including Rs. 1, 000/- penalty.
I went to bank that time and lodged a complaint, they took time to check the status and they said that the transaction has been successful and the amount has been corrected credited to your account. By your system doesn’t show this. I have been constantly putting application to my bank they said the payment has been successfully made at their end. Then this lockdown happened and somehow inspite of my constant visit to my Bank nothing happened and my payment has not been reversed till date.

I went to my local AC office (They handle Licence applications) and they refused to accept my application as they told me that first your bank should provide us proof. When I went to them again by taking Bank’s document (which showed the debited amount), they again denied to accept the application by saying that they don’t have any idea for online process and they can’t check the payment status. They took it casually and checked the payment status where it is showing the payment is due at my end.
I talked to your customer support and they themself told me to talk to local license issuing authority. But nobody is ready to take my application and nobody is ready to tell me whom to approach.

My concern is that, if my account has been debited (I made online payment using parivahan.gov.in. site which I presume is safe and secure and no hacking can be done there as you must have been taking proper measures) But neither my license application payment status changed to Paid nor I received my money back. I am shocked where my money has gone. My father is a senior citizen and I am really concerned about the way this all has been happened.
I have no idea where to go, whom to approach, who will handle my case and how to get back my money. This has been a very cumbersome process to ask again and again to bank and the local authority and no body has the proper answer.
Kindly take action on my matter and resolve this issue as soon as possible as already a year has been passed. How much long will it take more? Atleast guide me whom to approach.
Since had no other option left, I am complaining here.
I am attaching payment receipt, I received from bank for your perusal.

Just wanted to give you feedback for DL authority rajauri garden that how they misguided people who come there for queries but not one treats properly . All process I did by myself by checking all online videos and process..

*Today incident*
Today I went for my DL test, in the ground a person who was compiling the test, failed me due to unnecessary reason but I know I given it property . You can find it if you investigate with proofs like video i.e...When I was waiting for attempt at our side authority I found lot of broker was surrounding me. My observation is that there is some connection between employer and broker. The shop who is in opposite of the authority, they asked Rs.900/-for booking the slots. I have checked in automated car test there is no gap can be happen like this.. I know this RTO is in under working for the same that’s y it’s happening ..

Incident on 15th July 2020
I had applied for LL 6 months back .. during my visit on 15.07.2020, I visited in 11 number counter where LL test happened.. there was a gentlemen who seems head of the authority did not given proper information for slot booking which I found solution online

Being a citizen this is my feedback and I need revert . I will be looking at for further escalation to other channel and wanted to correct it

I have a driving license from uttrakhand and applied in noida up, first, they said please pay the fees after that they will look into the matter.

After paying the fees they are saying that your license is from uttrakhand so you have to take service from there.

I have asked him about the fees which i have paid, they said we don't know about this.
I need to again pay the fees for my district. How the person can pay the fees two times for a single service. I need my money back i have attached the receipt of my fees paid

Hi team,

My name is vijay shanbhag and i had applied for an additional endorsement to my dl and had given the driving test on 8th november, 2019. The scrutiny and record of test results were completed on 11th november, 2019. After that the status is still stuck for 'approval of endorsements to dl' and there has been no further movement ahead.
Could you kindly check the reason for the delay and help out with completing...

I got Caught up by police for not wearing helmet. They provided a challan to pay amount of rs. 200. I paid my challan using UPI id. Money got debited from bank. But, unfortunately payment is not successful.
Hereby I attach screenshot of paid challan receipt. Please refund my money as soon as possible.
