I have applied for ll mcwg and i have paid 900rs online through parivahan website while payment, website got interrupted, and my money got debited from bank but in my application status still showing pending payment i have spoke to my bank and get to know that amount has been debited and credited to parivahn but in my application it's show payment status is still pending.

When i reach rto office rajouri garden for document verify. They said that your LL will not make because o[censored]nder 18.
So your officer said your amount will be refunded into your bank account...but till i will not receive my refund..
Plz kindly do something sir
