I have submitted for my drivers licence renewal at mumbai andheri RTO on 6/10/2020. the current status shows pending . how long does it take to get the drivers licence issued. why is there so much delay. checked with a agent at the RTO Ofifice he says thoda kharcha karo to ho jayega...
