Hello sir/mam,
I am Furqan Ahmad, I have applied for learning license of MCWG, LMV category using contactless service, my RTO office came under RTO ALIGARH uttar pradesh, Scrutiny of my documents completed on 16/08/2023 and I had passed the test on 17/08/2023, Its been 4 days now but approval of LL by licensing authority is still pending.
