My name is sablu kumar .i am applying for new Learner licence.payment has been done but LL slot was not booked .
Sir, I'm trying to book my slot for learner licence test it shows that " this given mobile is already used for more than 3 applications .so LL appointment is not available for this application . Slot booking is not allowed."
Payment has been debit for the application and LL slot booking .
