On 18 feb i tried to book a slot for driving test to get a driving license as i already have a learning license. 400 rs. Were deducted from my account but no slot got booked. Kindly resolve the issue as i need it done before 27 february 2023. My learning license number is[protected].

The amount is debited but still shows the pending no one replies me about the complain .I want my money back in my account or else my status immediately paid . solve this problem the utr and transaction id is seen you by the attached photos for verify...

I can't proceed further after i chose the date and time for my test, but after choosing the date I can't book my slot with otp, otp is correct but still the (CONFIRM SLOT BOOKING) button is not working .

Sir, I have completed whole process about LMV learning licence but I have a difficulty to download it. I have passed LL test 2 june 2021 but still my learning licence not approved by RTO, yavtmal, Maharashtra. After some day I specifically visit to RTO but still my problem not solve and helpdesk no never attended . Every time busy, I am very helpless . My payment transaction successful I verify my documents online as well as visit to RTO...

Sir, I'm trying to book my slot for learner licence test it shows that " this given mobile is already used for more than 3 applications .so LL appointment is not available for this application . Slot booking is not allowed."
Payment has been debit for the application and LL slot booking...

My application no. is[protected]. I have done the payment on 3rd February 2021 at 4:04 pm. It is showing the status as failed but in my bank statements, it is clearly showing that amount has been debited. I am attaching my proof with this mail for your reference. Hope to hear from you soon.

I have been trying to book the slot from 1 months now but every it when i do it at 7 am it show application form can't be processed and today when i opened it it was not showing anything the page was blank except for year and the days no dates and timings were available .Now i am trying to contact them but that helpline number is not connecting.

I have applied the driving license renual request in driving license in rto they asked for online fees and submission to change so i went to my district rto i take driving license at metro city so they said u can go there and change it when i came i asked same they said about fees for renual so i paid online now they said can't change here u go to your district we can give noc for that but what about my fees already paid at online...? When i asked them we can't do anything i fed up with that i asked again is there any way to use same my district for with same fees for address change they said no what is this...? Then to to online and again put noc if the service can't happen means they should return the money right even railway dept if cancelled the ticket they return money why not here...? I need to again pay the fees for my district. How the person can pay the fees two times for single service. I need my money back i have attached the receipt of my fees paid...! On the payments page for Learner's License, I entered the required details, and hit "calculate fee", it came to a total of Rs.420. Selected "SBI" as the payment gateway and proceeded to the payment page. But gateway was at maintenance.
Hence I started the payment process again but got the below message:

"Application is verifying with BANK.Please press OK to continue"

After pressing OK, it does not show the payment page. I have tried making the payment a couple of times but every time I get the same message. Please tell me whom to contact for this issue asap

Hi, recently i applied online on parivahan sewa to do correction of my wife's driving licence, correction in address and also update middle name. Payment is already done online now the parivahan website says to verify the documents at the rto office in panaji goa. Continuous two days are passed and very time i was informed by the rto office at panjim goa that don't accept this type of applications. So i tried calling parivahan sewa costumer service centre but they informed me that it's not their problem if there is no counter. I'm abroad and my wife is back home in goa india. What should i do on this case. Rto officer informed in panjim goa informed that they didn't received my any online application because they don't have this service in goa india and parivahan sewa is helpless as they can't contact the rto office directly. Please help me to claim my money back or process my application. I paid 680 rupees online.

This is hemant rathod from shree ganesha travels. My vehicle registration number is mh-04-es-5484 having mbj11jv[protected]-0212 as my vehicle chassis number. The maker is toyota and the year of registration is 2012. My vehicle fitness is expired and i am applying it online for the same since 29th june 2018. It has been almost 5 days but still i am struggling. Yesterday morning i applied and rs.600 were been deducted from my bank of baroda account at 11.06 a. M.
Today morning i called your call center for the conformation and they said that there is no such slot booked for your vehicle fitness inspection.
Parivahan.gov.in still has lots of floes including the payment through sbi.
