What is the update and next follow up action here ?

**NEED URGENT HELP**
I've paid 300 Rupees for 2 wheeler driving Retest.. Money got deducted from my bank account but it's still showing this error while verifying.."Payment made through the selected Gateway is Failed Due to
Token number mismatch, Plaese wait for 15 minutes and proceed with VERIFY PAY STATUS".

It's been 3-4 days since I've done the payment and it's showing this everytime i try. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I'm too facing same issue, It's been 3 working days after i mad the payment. but still no progress.
I have used UPI as the gateway. and UPI team say's target merchant has received the payment.

Same Issue faced by me.

Payment Stuck, Nor refund credited to the account.

I failed in DL test of LMV, when I went to pay retest fees it showed me that payment maid through the selected gateway is failed due to no records found

Hello,
As i have applied for Driving licence and i had some problem with payment. So, now it is not allowing me to do payment again and again showing error as "payment made through the selected gateway is failed due to server connection failed, please wait for 15 minutes and proceed with verify pay status"

Suggest me what to do now???
