I booked parking using Park+ app on 29 January 2024 for WeWork forum Gurgaon, and paid online. On reaching the parking facility I was denied parking stating that booking amount paid is for 2 wheeler, and I need to pay in full in cash for 4 wheeler. I raised complaint immediately through Park+ app, but no support provided no action taken till date. Even the amount paid not refunded. Looks like I have been cheated, this is a serious concern of cyber fraud and need to be brought in notice. If anyone is concerned please assist. Was this information helpful? |
