I booked parking using Park+ app on 29 January 2024 for WeWork forum Gurgaon, and paid online. On reaching the parking facility I was denied parking stating that booking amount paid is for 2 wheeler, and I need to pay in full in cash for 4 wheeler. I raised complaint immediately through Park+ app, but no support provided no action taken till date. Even the amount paid not refunded. Looks like I have been cheated, this is a serious concern...

Order not delivered and no action from company end
I have a placed an order with Park+ on 4th of Nov, but neither i received the order nor the refund. They just keep saying that refund will be send when product will be returned, but how come I responsible for same. When product didn't reached to me, Their courier partner, their merchant then how come it be responsible.

Return initiated on 16 nov that too for which return was not initiated from my end.
Now, its 24th and yet nothing happens. Such a fraud company park+
That not my responsibility if it reach to you or merchant, i am not responsible for the same. Your courier partner your
merchant.
I am now going to consumer forum to raise the dispute for the same.
This is very worst and fraud thing you did.

I had recharged my fast tag account of axis bank through park plus app on 25/10/2022 via order id 17431104 for an amount of Rs.3000. My credit card was charged for the same but my fast tag account never got credited with the amount of Rs.3000. I have made several complaints to Park plus regarding the same but for last one month they are saying that they are looking in the matter. They are not ready to refund my amount and I have recharge...
