Park Plus — Recharged my fast tag but amount not credited in my account

I had recharged my fast tag account of axis bank through park plus app on 25/10/2022 via order id 17431104 for an amount of Rs.3000. My credit card was charged for the same but my fast tag account never got credited with the amount of Rs.3000. I have made several complaints to Park plus regarding the same but for last one month they are saying that they are looking in the matter. They are not ready to refund my amount and I have recharge my fast tag account several times as my previous recharge is still lost somewhere. Kindly help.
