I deeply regret trusting Park Royal Holidays with my money. I paid ₹47, 000 for a 3-year membership, expecting quality service and reliable support. Instead, all I’ve received is frustration and a complete lack of professionalism. They lure customers with grand promises of "hassle-free vacations, " but once you’re locked into their contract, you’re left in the dark.
Every time I’ve tried to book a reservation, I’ve either been ignored or met with excuses. Their support is non-existent — they don’t answer calls, and emails go unanswered. It’s clear they have no intention of honoring the services they claim to provide. I’ve wasted time, energy, and a significant amount of money, and I’m left with nothing but frustration and regret.
Park Royal Holidays is running a complete scam, preying on customers with fake assurances and zero follow-through. They are unprofessional, unresponsive, and unethical. I urge everyone to stay far away from this company if you value your hard-earned money and peace of mind. They are fraudulent and exploitative — do not fall for their traps!
