Park Royal Holidays — Never provides booking as per the list

I have taken this membership of Park Royal holidays through their sales team Sahil Patel and Rahul (mobile no: +[protected], +[protected]. At the time of taking selling membership their agent told me that they will provide booking and o have given them the dates along with destination and he’s said it is available and he will provide. After paying for membership, immediately they denied that booking cannot be provided as per their policy and blah blah. It was looking fraud but I chose to give them another chance and did not book at that time but I a day or two i had planned another vacation after 2 months and asked for booking on which they revered that they will revert after 15 days and will provide booking. However now after 15 days they are saying at this location they will not give booking and o should plan vacation for some other place. So technically what o can understand is that they seem to have done fraud and never provides booking what they sale, u have all the email and chats recorded can provide if required.
