Park Royal Holidays — Not getting Refund

They don't book for hotels in festivals like diwali, janmashtami even if we book 60 days early. Actually we can book 45 days earlier even in peak season that's what they said and 7 days earlier if non season. But they don't book.That was not mentioned in the policy. They tell that, in the verification call if you don't like the product you can opt out and get full refund. But they don't do that. They said first do verification even if you don't like the product, say yes in verification call and then you will get refund.But after verification call as well they don't get refund. Normally they pick our phone after 2-3 calls. At the time of selling the product they lure us and gives false promises like 1) If we cannot utilise the hotels package membership, it will be extended for further 3 years. 2) membership will be transferable and refundable. 3) we can gift our hotel nights to other persons as many as possible . 4) Also there happens one verification call that I agree all the terms and conditions.I said I don't agree to the terms but they said do verification call and then you will be able to refund . I did the same and now they are not doing refund.I have recordings proof of the same. None of these promises were there when actual policy document was emailed to us. Instead there was written non refundable, non extendable etc. They scammed lot of people from this.They make us sign the document without reading and they tell you will get the policy emailed but policy says completely different thing
