Park Royal Holidays — Not providing bookings on requested locations and date

Park royal holidays company is fraudulent.
My membership id: 11919 and I have attached documents.

I have been trying to book 3 nights for 6 people for the last 6 months but park is continuously denying my booking request. I have to change 3 time my date and location just because park royal holidays excuses and they provides the irresponsible excuse to not have inventory for desired location and subject to availability. Even customer care is not responding properly. when I do request for booking, park replies with excuse like the inventory not available for desired date and for location.

The company branch is located on sg highway, Ahmedabad.
I have paid full amount for the park royal holidays membership.
The park royal holidays service is disgusting. I got an email from park royal holidays and in that email, park informed me that your membership is on hold because you are spreading rumours but I have written in google reviews based on my personal experience. I have all proof of nonsense excuses and back and forth emails.
Guys, please learn and be aware before buying any amount for membership as I have seen many reviews and I personally connected with many members those who are suffering the issues by park royal holidays. I will definitely take the legal action against the company.

I was continuously convincing to provide me 3 night 6 prople booking till my last day of trib start date but park is continuously denying me to provide my booking. This is last incident but mostly time they start with excuses.

Be aware and guys send me your contact number and email id. This needs to be done as soon as possible so we can save other peoples out there.
