I have taken 3 years membership of Park Royal Holidays . In this offer they have to provide hotels in various locations in India . I am following from last 1.5 months for my booking . they are regularly changing dates and even destination, when I agree for change in destination they regularly chages dates . And at last they have refused for booking .they have taken money and cheated with me

Now After a long follow up Park Royal Holidays has provided me hotel . Hotel is not as standard as they promised at the time of membership . Mr. Rahul Tiwari ( Sr. Manager ) and Ms. Divyanshi has personally promised me that there will be no difficulty in hotel booking in future and they will take care of me . I hope I will not get any problem in future .

Worst Experience! Guys don't waste your money with them they will make big big promises but when you will proceed for bookin they will say you have to make booking atleast 20 days before your planned date and when you will give them 20 days they will say hotel lists are not yet open they will open 5-7 days prior to your booking date and once that date will come they will blame you for one or other reason.
Also if you will say this was said by your selling boy Rahul then they will say ok i am arranging you a call you but you will never get any call and again they will keep on blaming you for one or other reason.

So guys never go with them they are the worst service provider. I have wasted my 10k on them that was my mistake alse other positive comments are fake they are commented by thier staff and their people.

After a long follow up I have got my money back hence I am closing this complain.
Hello, I have been cheated by this company also. Let us unite and fight together. This is the best way to fight against this fraud. Pls reply.
