This company is totally fraud, pls don't buy membership, they promise best service and facilities before membership, after membership they don't respond and don't provide booking and their sales Manager Mr. Viraj and Executive Vandana not pick up call and resolve your query.

Pls don't buy ...

I am planning to file complaint against this company for giving wrong promise during meeting and not provide support after membership, if anyone suffer from this company, pls msg me, we will unite and give fight to them

The regional sales manager, Mr. Saurav Shukla from Park Royal Holidays, stepped in and escalated my concern to their management. Yesterday, I got an email from Park Royal Management offering extra Holiday vouchers instead of return flight tickets, which I agreed to. Therefore, I am now closing my complaints. I am eager to enjoy the Holiday services promised by the company for the next 10 years based on my membership plan. I should be getting the additional Holiday package voucher within the next 1-2 days as per my discussion with Mr. Dhananjay from Park Royal Holidays.
