Park Royal Holidays Pvt. Ltd. — park royal holidays membership scam and fraud

I, Kinjal Khuthiya, am issuing this legal notice regarding the membership I purchased from your company, Park Royal Holidays Pvt. Ltd., on 23 November 2024 for an amount of ₹47, 200 via IMPS (Transaction ID: IMPS/P2A/[protected]/...).
Your sales team assured me of the following benefits:
• Stay in 4–5 star hotels
• Breakfast and dinner included
• 6 nights per year for 3 years (total 18 nights)
• 3N/4D complimentary holiday
• Customised itinerary support and sightseeing guidance
• Flexibility to use multiple rooms or multiple nights in one go
• Assistance in booking premium properties
However, after taking membership, the experience has been extremely disappointing, filled with misrepresentations and deficiency in service. Despite multiple booking requests made well in advance, you consistently offered only 2 nights, denied availability, or provided cheap hotels, which were completely contrary to what was promised.
Major instances of failure:
1. Sikkim (Apr 2025) — I requested booking for 11–19 April but only 2 nights in Gangtok were offered; no support for Lachung, Lachen, Pelling, Darjeeling, etc.
2. Goa (Apr 2025) — Only 2 nights offered; details of property never shared.
3. Nashik (May 2025) — Request denied stating dates were “too early.”
4. Uttarakhand (Sep–Oct 2025) — After repeated requests, only 2 nights in Mussoorie given, that too in extremely poor-quality hotels (“Hotel Ceyon Classic Fall” / “Majestic Hill View”), nowhere close to 4–5 star quality promised.
o No dinner provided despite being part of the membership benefits.
o Hotel rooms were so small that additional amount had to be paid for extra room.
o Food quality was pathetic; my mother (Jain) had no food options and survived only on fruits and corn.
o The stay ruined our trip and caused mental and physical stress.
5. Rajasthan & Mahabaleshwar (Dec 2025) — Requests were rejected by stating “inventory sold out till January/February, ” even though made 1–2 months in advance.
Refund request ignored
I officially requested refund via email on 8 August 2025, but I received no response.
This clearly amounts to:
• Deficiency in service under Section 2(11) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019
• Unfair trade practices under Section 2(47)
• Misleading advertisements & false promises
• Mental harassment and financial loss
