I am complaining against this company called Park Royal Holidays, based in Ahmedabad. Please do not fall in their trap like many o[censored]s here. They are a fraudster company and provide completely wrong and deceptive information while registering new members. I took membership on 11/Dec/23 by paying ₹67500 for India and Asia package for 3 years. They even provided some complementary holidays...

I have the membership of park royal holidays Member Id: 11922(Rajiv Kumar Bansal) having cost amount of Rs 136000/- which includes holiday of Domestic and International Trips(Asia and Europe).

Their sales executive(Sourav Shukla and Asif Ansari) committed to give the 4 and 5 star properties and shown the brochure as well.

Now When i try to book the hotels which is in their associated properties list prior to 30 days to 45 days of booking.

They always give the only one option of cheap hotel(Rs.2K per day) even which is not in their associated properties list after so many calls and mails. Customer Care executive do not reply.

I am not asking them for more, I am only asking which is in their associated properties list and asked the same thing before time without getting late. But they do not reply positively or timely.

They have cheated me and i want my money back.
