I have been chasing these people from last 8 months and given them 8-10 options and every time they just make excuses of inventory full or allready booked.
Customer care department is of no use they won't even reply properly.

I will request everyone to not buy any services from ParkRoyalHolidays if you want your money to be safe.

I am going to take a legal action against them for fraud, not providing services, mental harassment, refuses to give service as what they offered while providing package

THESE GUYS CAN THINK THEY CAN DITCH ANYONE AND HARASS INNOCENT PEOPLE BY MAKING FALSE PROMISES ABD MAKING FOOL.

Membership ID: 12976 & 12984 ParkRoyal Holidays team connected with me finally and they are doing booking for member id:12976. For member id:12984, they promised to book it by first week of September. I am again relying on their words as of now. So marking this complaint as closed. If any discrepancy later, will open it again.

Updated by sbhatia1805 They promised to give me 3 nights while taking a money and everything is in writing. I am chasing them from last oct till today and provided plenty of options but they refused all by making excuses. It seems they don't want to book they are just here for looting... I will request all to do not buy any service from ParkRoyalHolidays if they want their money to be in safer hand instead go and book hotel by their own.
