Park Royal Holidays — Regarding Not Booking Hotels when needed in three years duration

Park royal never provided booking services on desired date and also whenever we asked they denied on the location also and some time they said we don't have inventory.

In 3 years membership already 2.5 years have passed and i have asked many times for booking but they always denied and only provided two night stay in 2.5 years out of 15 nights.

Now i have raised a booking request o[censored]daipur for 4 nights out of balance 14 nights from my package but they are only providing only one night stay in udaipur and saying that we are not having hotels vacant.

In udaipur there are lot of hotels as park royal have also promised to give stay in 4 stay property but they are not giving in three star also always saying vacant not available.

They are totally cheating in all respects and when ever we are calling they are not even giving proper response and replying for mail also after 10 days.
