I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the ongoing issue regarding my membership (ID: 12868). Despite repeated follow-ups for the past five months, I have not been able to secure a single booking. Each time, I am informed that all locations across India are fully booked — which, frankly, is hard to believe for such an extended duration.
Whenever I call, your team advises me to send an email for the following month with the assurance that bookings will be possible. However, this cycle of excuses continues month after month with no resolution. It is extremely disheartening and reflects a serious lapse in customer service and transparency.
I feel compelled to caution others against falling into what now seems like a misleading trap. As a paying member, I expected a minimum standard of service and accountability, both of which have been sorely lacking.
I urge you to address this matter with the seriousness it deserves and provide a clear and timely resolution to my booking request. Failure to do so will leave me with no option but to escalate this further.
