We are running a supermarket In vazhuthacaud, Trivandrum from sept.28th 2020 and “THARAVADU ENTERPRISE” are the distributor which supplies Frooti and Appy, we wish to complain about the same distributor and the issue which we faced. We are complaining because the dealing and behaviour from the distributor was very arrogant poor. They are not replacing the damaged/expired products at the right time, and also they are not willing to gave as credit note. Whenever I contact them and raise our issue they are replying very silly and irresponsibly. Its been almost a month and 3 supply, but still no replacement or damage settlement given to us. Payments are always made as ready liquid cash at the time of supply. Still the are behaving like this. The are also not accepting cheques/neft/googlepay payments and they are adamant that they only need liquid cash at the time of supply, which may not be possible every time as no shop owners will carry liquid cash. Whenever our representative call they are replying with silly excuses. Overall they need liquid and ready cash at supply and are not willing to settle damage/expiry and are responding very badly. We came to know that so many complaints are raised against “THARAVADU ENTERPRISE”, and they are the only distributor available in this area, and we don’t have any other option. Kindly and with immediate effect company has to take appropriate action against this complaint as we shop owners are facing very bad treatment from this distributor.
When I first learned of this problem, I contacted “THARAVADU ENTERPRISE”, and was told that nothing could be done about my problem. I believe that this response is unfair. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem.
