    I purchased a 294g packet of kismi toffee from grofers, packed- 4/20, Batch- K63A. While eating a toffee from the packet I almost swallowed a small metal wire which was inside the toffee.
    I request to take appropriate action as it is unsafe and posed a potential health threat to the consumer; a kid would have swallowed it.

      Dear sir / madam,

      I am the regular customer from pune i purchased the monaco biscuits in that packet the quality of biscuits is very very bad the salt is not there and the odour is coming from the packet the batch no is cw16ab and packed date is 16/02/2020. I have purchased parle g also inside that the bad odour and the biscuits was broken from inside the batch no for the parle g is ka18cb. By buy this product i have wasted my money and quality is none.

        Heramb or deelip agency for CIDCO NASHIK area are not give us only biscuits. They did compulsory chocolates with every biscuit product to retailers. And main thing is that they are provide without GST bill that is rouugh bill.

        So we all shop keepers decided to meeting and ban parle products from such thirdclass agency.

          This is to inform you that i have purchased 1 bundle (24pieces) of krackjack the original sweet & salty crackers 10%extra=37.8g Mrp-5.00 Pkd 1/20 in one outlet which is located in ramachandrapuram srirampuram bangalore, since from last 15 years regularly i use to have this biscuits but today i have opened the pack unfortunetly in that i found 4pieces of biscuits is merged along with something is dead which i cant able to find what is that its something different to see, today along with my 1year 9month son i was having that biscuits if i have not seen it my son would have eaten, find attached photo snaps of that kindly do the needfull.

              I recently purchased parle krackjack butter masala biscuit pack weight 120g x 2 packets, packed on 08/02/2020, batch no. Kp 8c, from the local medical shop in our area, when we opened the pack the smell and taste of the biscuit was so bad that no one can eat it.

              We not expect this kind of quality during this pandemic situation from a brand like 'parle'.

                hide and seek plastic smell

                Almost like our 10 last packets of 10 rupees hide and seek biscuit packets have the same plastic smell. We can't even have 1 biscuit and the biscuit smell is like a chemical tray. I still kept the balance biscuits completely for the proof and unopened packets too....

Nd if we want any products then we have to go to distributors godown ND waiting in a long queue. Nd now days we can't go there godown also coz of lock down.                     I have purchased the 20 parle hiden and seek biscutes of same batch on april. 3 2020. I found the insects inside the biscut packet when i was about to eat. As parle was a well reputed company in customercare products. I did'nt expect such bad quality of product from parle. And i have attached the photo of the insect inside the biscut packet. Please provide the refund of respective product and also take the respective measures to maintain the quality of the product.

                          I purchased a parle 'hide & seek' biscuit pack (120g) from shop (Chennai) and it was tasting totally different.

                          I didn't expected this from a company that too like 'parle'..
                          The taste was very-very different from the original taste of the product and i was feeling like vomiting after eating that, and i have the sample of that product with me...

                          I want a immediate reply for my complaint, if your company will not provide us a healthy product then who else will???

                          Will never consider anyone eat it at-least in front of me..

                            Everytime i do buy this full packet of parle g for my parents and my siblings but this time i opened the pack of biscuit i got to see some black kind of insect inside one of the pack i'm seriously very dissatisfied and disappointed from this like i usually buy this pack of parle g biscuit everytime and this time i got to see insects inside the pack i'm seriously worried to buy again this biscuit from next time!                               I purchased parle vanilla flavoured cake few weeks back, when i opened the pack found mildew or powdery on the cake, that was packed on 22/01/2020, i didn't expect this kind of products from a reputed company, i bought this product for my kids, can you imagine if i feed this to children with out seeing the product, so i need proper action against the company, i already emailed the pics to the company customer care service, but i didn't get any reply from them. Please help me

                                  I bought a packet of parle platina hide and seek which had 8/2/20 of packaging. When i opened it, i saw few layers of fungus on the chocolate chip of the biscuits, i checked the packaging but it was fresh, i bought another pack of biscuits from another shop and it showed same fungus on the chocolate chips. I'm so upset with the product and disappointed with parle, please check the problem with your product. It is one of the best product that i enjoy a lot.

                                    Am disheartened with the quality of hide and seek chocolate biscuits i buy now. Usually i get perfect chocolate brown biscuits but now all i get is white biscuits with no chocolate chips at all. I have attached a photo along with this to clarify that i am really concerned with the quality i receive. I mean how does the quality checking differ when its produced with fine supervision. The biscuits are white which triggers me to think that it's all flour i am eating. It's been for the 5th time and i am not liking it..
                                    I really don't want to regret buying another pack of hide and seek biscuits which i pay 30 rs...
