Yesterday i purchased 2 packets of parle hide n seek biscuits of rs 30 each. It was printed on the packet get rs 15 paytm cash, but when i opened the packet i couldn't find any promo code printed inside the packet. This is highly disappointing and not at all acceptable from such a renowned company like parle. It is way of befooling the customers. Please refund my cashback in my paytm account.

Now a days the parle hide and seek choco roll are offering 12 rs paytm cash. I have bought 6 packs and i am facing problem with the paytm code which is inside the pack. Every packet has 2or 3 letters missing from the code due to oilyness of the biscuit and in every packet i bought so i want to redeem my coupon code but the code r missing so do correct it and take a strict action on this problem coze frankly speaking i bought those for paytm cash and i have not suceeded yet

I bought a parle hide seek packet worth 30 rupees which said that i would get 15 rupees as paytm cash. However after opening the packet i could not find any promo code printed inside the packet. Never expected fraud promotional and marketing tactics from such an established company.

If they didn't intend to give the cash back why they are advertising it.. strong action should be taken against such fraud done by companies to increase their sales..

Have not found paytm code inside bakesmithmarie paytm offer biscuit packet. This packet is 18rs cashback on paytm. Without promo code it's not possible to redeem cash. Attached image of packet with no code. U can check on the image also. Pls don't do this for the other packs. We understand it's all many packs and at times this common mistakes happen. So just resolve the issue.

Aapke product parle platina ke hide &seek mai scheme "free ₹ 12 paytm cash" jisme ki product ke inside me code diye hote hai. Wo code kisi bhi packet me clear ho rakhe hai. Maine kal 5 packete purchase kiye the unke code clear nahi dikhane ke karan me kisi bhi prakar ka cash back nahi le paya hun. Aap log meri complain ka solution kare nahi tau aap logo ke khilao me consumer court me jaa raha hun.

I have purchased parle monaco regular 75 gm. Export quality, on 23 rd august, 2017. (Receipt is available)

On 8 th september, 2017, i opened one packed, i noticed & found "defective" monaco biscuit. A foreign material is embedded in the biscuit.

Code no. Is not visible & readable.

Is wrapper printer approved by cb, ab, and iso: 22000 & fssc: 22000?

It is for information and necessary action.

I am kshitij paliwal of jaipur rajasthan, i bought a hide&seek biscuit today. There was an offer of availing 15₹ from paytm by using a promo code on their website. It was told in the wrapper that the promo code is inside the packet but there wasn't any. I am not getting any help from www.paytmmall.com/care either. It's irresponsible behaviour. I want an answer.
I am also unable to scan the qr code shown in the wrapper as the paytm mall app is not recognising it. It's total misconduct.

My father in law is wholeseller and we sell different biscuit and good thing is that if any biscuit other then parle g that get sell most is krack jack but we are facing lot of problem because krack jack biscuit is very fragile and it get crushed even in packed box as well... So due to which that biscuit are not taken by any of retailers so that biscuit go bad debt for us... Same thing is face by retailers as well if they take their entire...

Got parle happy happy vanila cake yesterday evening date: 11/7/2017. It has fungus on it thankfully i ate it before giving it to my 10month old son. How come it has green fungus within 1 week of manufacturing day may be the date is just printed and the cake was made 3 months back really upsetting as this caused vomitting to me imagine what effect it can cause to kids if they consune it. We as cistomers check date of manufacture before buying anything but parle has just disappointed a loyal customee like me. Really sad about it i expect some action to be take on this from company. I bought four packets of parle bakesmith from big bazar, outside of the package was written free 18₹ paytm cash inside, and when i opened it there was no code inside of it. I mailed to the customer support but they didn't replied. It means that i wasted my money for nothing. For getting 18₹ back i bought this packet and what i get in return is nothing and arrogant reaction of customer support. Why don't company stop making parle things and starts fooling people. Why don't they do the things which suits on them. I called them but they said hello and cut the call.

I have buyed a product called hideandseek biscuts which has a offer of 50percent cash back on paytm but they are cheeting by providing all used promo codes inside the pack i have bought 3 packs all are used not only me all others are facing same problm i need my money back if not we all will reach the law of coury from [protected]@gmail.com these are the codes which i have got malxlgntyylkywr. It seems like you are deliberately not printing the promo code of paytm on hide and seek. I had gone through all the comments, you had asked us to keep an eye on rule no 7 mentioned by paytm, well you better keep an eye on the printing team.

Yesterday, i brough 2 packets of hide and seek cashback offer packets but highly dissapointed. First packed code is totally misprinted and the other one is looking but not working. I would say totally fraud company if they can't satisfiy their customers with the offer. A strict action should be taken against the company if they don't provide the solution onwards.

This is with reference to the recent promotion going on for paytm cash back on buying parle hide & seek choco rolls where in the buyer is required to use a code given inside the pack on paytm app to claim cash back. However to my surprise the code given inside the pack is not complete. It has been partially erased. Refer enclosed pictures. Can you kindly explain if this is a case of fraud where buyers are being duped by giving such baseless schemes. If in case a suitable and timely response is not received in a timely manner, i shall have no other option but to escalate this further or may be will take this to social forum to make people aware of such practices being followed by such a big brand. On my complaint to customer care, i was just informed that the new code will be informed to me, however, i am not concerned about the new code. All i want to know is that why such practices are being followed. Why the consumers are being duped? Just becuase i raised this issue i will be given the new code but there must be many others who are cheated this way and they do not follow up considering the miniscule amount.

To the authorities concerned, we bought a family pack of parle-g from an indian grocery store in norwood, massachusetts, called apna bazaar. We have done this several times in the past, from a variety of indian stores in the neighbourhood. This time however, we came across a dead housefly in one of the biscuit packs. Needless to say, that incident ended it for us and any future purchases of your products, for ourselves, and for our non-indian friends as well! I urge you to play closer attention to your packaging and quality control processes. I hope, as a concerned consumer, you consider this a serious matter and take action on it.

Respected officials of parle, i am also having same complaint like nalini maral from pune, maharashtra. I have just bought parle bakesmith the english marie biscuits 4 packs bundle with the valid paytm cash back offer printed over it. I bought it from big bazar kothrud in their 15 august sale. I have opened two packs so far but there was no promo code printed anywhere in both packs.in such a condition, this is a case of complete fraud as the customer have bought the product but it had failed to fulfill customers​ needs. I bought parle bakesmith product from big bazaar (Invoice: [protected]) which has label of rs.18 paytm cashback but inside the pack there is no coupan code available. Parle is trusted brand name and cheating customers is not expected from a renowned brand like parle. Please resolve the issue earliest as possible.
