I had brought 2 happy happy cake product from D-mart on - 6th August 2017. While my daughter ate one packet which is good an in proper condition but while she open 2nd packet and started eating that cake tasted like a roten thing which was smelling like plastic. I then wrote a mail to their consumer service id but i have not got satisfied answer from them.

Updated by Rohaoza After your revert i have shared the photo graph of batch number which they required. It has been 10days after sharing the batch number with your person. What kind of investigation is going on that after 9 days also there is no update.
is this the kind of seriouseness that is being carried out by your company.
Kindly confirm by when will i get a revert from the company and what is the action that they are going to take.
If ido not get a promt revert i will make a video and make it viral on social media and channel.

    Hello to whosoever reading this.
    This is to inform you that we had purchased the above product which had a paytm cash of rs 12 printed on it. However after opening the pack we found that the code was not printed clearly and half of the code was missing.

    Is this a new marketing strategy developed by Parle at the stake of customers trust in the brand.I would have purchased the product without the offer also. But don't you think it is unfair that you don't deliver what you promise.
    Hoping a resolution on this matter.

      I bought a parle hide seek packet worth 30 rupees which said that i would get 15 rupees as paytm cash. However after opening the packet i could not find any code printed inside the packet. Didn't expect such cheap and fraud promotional and marketing tactics from such a well established company. They are trying to increase their product sales with false marketing. It isn't about the money, it's more about the customer trust which they are treating with such careless intent.

      Highly disappointed with such a gimmick played by the company and i see that there have been quite a few complaint cases of the same manne with no action taken by the company.

      Even i bought 4 packs of parle hide and seek for rs 120 ...i should have got 60rs paytm cash 15rs with each. But there is no promo code on the pack.. i am highly disappointed with cheap market tactic. This is something not expected from such a renowned brand

      Actually the code does exist inside the hide-and-seek pack but it's a dumb idea to keep it so invisible!! Anyways I tried the code and got 15/- back

      Check the image on how unclear the code is printed, but which still exists though

      for your information the code is printed in embossing because the ink should not come into contact with the biscuit and one should not have that harmful ink by any mean..

      I bought hide and seek biscuits for paytm 15 rupees cash back . Then I scanned bar code and it took me to paytm website to enter voucher code. I tried to find the voucher code inside the biscuit packet is nothing. I really disappointed.
      Please do in proper way otherwise don't provide this type offer.

      I purchased 4 packets of hide n seek which had the offer of ₹15 cashback but after entering the code I didn't receive any cashback .its taking me to paytm mall app or its showing invalid code .i tried entering it 2-4 times but still didn't receive any cashback.its not about the money or the cashback but about the trust people have on that product.i do not appreciate such fraud methods to increase their sales.

      Hi,
      I too bought the Parle Bakesmith last week and the code printed is too bad as few of the codes displayed
      are not clear at all. Paytm app says "Enter a valid promo code" Both the companys are frauding and cheating people to make their products buy.

      I will never buy again Parle and will stop using paytm.

      None is working & with such a difficulty to identify the code

      So I bought two packets of hide and seek. Firstly the idea of printing the unique code inside the packet is such a dumb idea though it is barely visible. And it doesn't matter if the code is printed outside or inside because whenever you enter that code it always says invalid code. I mean why? I bought a new packet. Still invalid ? Such cheap trick of promoting your product PARLE company! Didn't expected this. You guys are just making people fool. I am never going to buy this product anymore. Such a fraud company!

      I purchase 5 packete of parle hide and seek "12₹ Paytm cash " but there was no visiable code inside. Parle is going and working for miss guide. This is a fraud company. This scheme is very very type of fraude. All type scheme is for increase the sale of product and no benifit of costumers.

      Guys, please open the biscuit packet and eat all biscuits :) and then try to find inside the wrapper (when it will be empty). it is not very visible, try to find it with very clearly eyes. inside of wrapper color and coupon code color are same. So check it very clear.

      Guys i think parle has partially done things right.
      What Parle has done right---
      They have really provided the code inside and have not cheated us.

      What parle have done wrong---
      They have provided the code in such a way that its almost invisible to a naked eye. Only on close examination you will be able to see. I have screenshot attached. The things is they should have been more clear with the code.

      I have got my recharge. Hope you would too.

      Guys, calm down, you guys are not doing it right. What you been doing is trying the promo code inside the Paytm app. If you entered the promo code in the wrong place it will say "Its invalid".
      What you really have to do is
      1. Go to https://paytmmall.com/hideandseek.
      2. There you will have a box to enter the promo code, do it.
      3. Click proceed.
      4. Congratulations.

      parle hide & seek I have bought with 50 rs which was saying 25 rs cashback I should get, but when I scanned the code in paytm mall and gave the code it did not give me any cashback and from next time on wards it's saying the code can be used once per user. From previous complaints I have got the customer care number of parle and I called them in this number[protected]. First time nobody took the call and from next time on wards they intentionally kept the call busy. If you guys don't want to give any response to the customer issue why to share the customer care number ?

        Parle has started a new fraud practice ...this promo code things doesn't work..it wastes our time and money..may u rot Parle brand...this promo code isn't working

          Parle bakesmith the english marie biscuit has free rs. 18 paytm cash mentioned in bold all over it. However the code is very difficult to find and read.
          After searching for the code and trying to enter this code in paytm. Paytm rejects this code as invalid. I am sure that the code entered is as mentioned on the cover. Why is this code not valid on paytm? Just got the pack from the shop now.
          Did not expect this from my favorite company which makes parle g.

          PARLE Bakesmith is doing fraud. This time they have made big mistake of offering 18 rs without giving real code. Complain against Paytm and Parle will be file by me in consumer court. Regret that both such a good company indulged in this cheap tactics. I lost faith in both of them.

            I have purchased parle gluco biscuit (Export quality) in usa

            After opening, i found, i found "defective" while eating i found a "foreign object" in biscuit.

            Later on i vomited. I felt nausea, nervousness, headache.

            I was admitted in hospital on emergency basis. I was two days in the hospital

              I bought 10 packs of parlae bakesmith biscuits pack yesterday for rupees 25 each on which it was as 18 rs paytm cash will be given as a cashback and the promo code is inside the pack. I have opened all the packs although i don't find any promo code in any of the packs.

              Please let me know if this is a false promise done by the company to sell its products. Please call me at my personal mobile number [protected] for any more information and also let me know if you are good for a legal proceedings in it.

                The code is there however more like embossed. You have to see like you look at gandhi image in water mark on 500 note. Written in silver colour.

                The code will work only in paytmmall app and not on paytm app. I hope it will help everyone.

                I also faced same issue but it is more technical issue from PayTM I think. This code will only get reedemed on this URL: https://paytmmall.com/bakesmith

                It will not work on: https://paytm.com/bakesmith

                And code is like engraved in silver color, you will have to see it in nearer to light source.

                  I have been a customer since my childhood. I bought two biscuit packets this week and found a hair inside a biscuit. I feel really horrible. I have been eating it for a long time. Never came across hair or anything in biscuits. This is shocking to me to find a hair in the biscuit. I have kept that biscuit and the hair that cooked with biscuit to lodge a complaint. Please look into this matter. I cannot compromise on quality of the biscuits.

                      We have been regular customers of your monaco jeera biscuits. But of late there is some change in the quality and taste of biscuits from what it used to be,
                      It used to be a good combination along with the tea.

                      Nowadays we dont feel like buying these biscuits and are forced to buy other salt biscuits like patanjali etc.

                      Hope you may like to look into this.

                        Respected officials of parle, i am chetan jha from indore m. P. I have just bought the krack jack ₹25 pack with the valid paytm cash back offer printed over it. But when i have opened the pack there was no promo code printed anywhere in the pack.in such a condition, this is a case of complete fraud as the customer have bought the product but it had failed to fulfill customers​ needs. I need a quick response from your side, otherwise i will go to the consumer forum and file a case because i have all the proof to support my side. I hereby attach some photos which clearly depict the mistake done by your side. I know it's a mistake.. But i want you to compensate my loss as soon as possible.

                        I am in mhabubnagar in Telangana. I found small stone particles while eating biscuits untill I found choking in mouth . Earlieri dissolvedin milk . So I didn't figured the problem. If you don't take action, I will complain to food Dept or it will be viral videoin YouTube.

                              This side ajay gupta ph. D scholar chemistry. Sir i purchased a hide & seek biscuit, when i open it and eat, it's smell like kerosene oil and taste also like kerosene oil. I go back to shop keeper and told him to taste he also told me it's harmful and taste like kerosene oil. I give it to some other people they give me same answer.
                              When i requested​ to shop keeper he told me that please sir for this you need to contact parle head office or costumer care i tried to contact both of them but after listening complain they put my call on hold and after 5 minutes​ cut the call i tried 6 times i have all call record's.
                              After it i called​ to customer consumer court they listen my complain and told me to contact you.
                              Sir i want to register my complain against this product i have rest of this biscuits.

                              I bought Parle G jumbo family pack. In that i found one peice is broken in a sealed pack. Very surpeise to see a reputed company is way careless about its packing and with this we also have doubt on its hygiene and handling of their eatable items.Kindly look into the matter and take up the issue with utmost priority.

                              I have lodged complaint with Parle.I haven't received reply from Parle.

                              Parle bears global recognized Certifications such as ISO:22000 & FSSC:22000
                              plus there is inspection of Export Inspection Council of India.

                              Parel Company and these agencies try to cheat consumers

                                From my childhood, I having Parle G. However, in recent time, it has been observed that crispness & color (chocolate brown) is missing.

                                We order in bulk amount for our office and we would really want to add more crisp & improve on color as well.

                                It also appear to be very Sugary not glucose. So kindly work on those areas as well.

                                Overall, quality wise somewhere Parle G may loose on with other competitors.

                                  I have recently bought parle kismi choclate for my son birthday, but we notice that when opening the wrapper of the choclate a thin layer of plastic is attached with choclate and it is hardly noticeable and difficult for kids to notice and remove. If kids eat this choclate can cause serious injury as plastic dont get digest in human body. The plastic is the inside wrapper whic ideally keep the choclate unstick with the wrapper but since the quality of the plastic is very low, it easily get stick to the choclate and can lead to serious injury.

                                    This is to bring to your notice that the hide & seek bought on April 19, when opened, contained biscuits already half eaten. They seemed rectangular but it looked like someone ate it already before it was packed. Do take care as in how they are packed.                                         I inform you to about my parle company case .
                                        I am a small shopkeeper in gwalior. In[protected], food inspectoon department were taken a sample of parle-g glucose 100g biscuit which was fail in standard .food sample was taken by food inspector (N.R.JATAV ) but in this case, faulter is company because i am the shopkeeper not the manufacturer of parle biscuit . From[protected] to[protected] i have present in court at every date but company's any member or staff not present in court . I had spent 17 years in this case . Company is not doing anything.
                                        So, i kindly request you to take any action immediately .

                                        When the sample fails in standards after following due procedures it is the responsibility of Food Safety Dept files case against Manufacturer, Distributor and Retailer who have handled that product lot. As a retailer you can not be left out. With regards to your case dragging on for 17 yrs and no response from Manufacturer, you can file a discharge petition as the deficiency in the product is due to manufacturers defect and as retailer you handled the product without any damage to the packaging.If the court is convinced you can be relieved.
