[Resolved] Parle — Bake smith biscuits

I had bought 2 packet of parle's bake smith original english marie, . I bought it from d'melllo martket near wadala . I opened the packet today . And the taste of the biscuits were horrible. It smelled like the rotten biscuits.The quality of parle being one of the oldest brand, it's product is always expected to be the best. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible and take the necessary actions.

Purchased this 100gms Parle g biscuit packet from a local general store. Upon opening the packet found the quality of the product to be bad. I believe that the picture can describe. Concerned authority should take rightful action against the people responsible to maintain the quality of the product.

I have red your complaint against Parle biscuits.

I am consumer from US, I have also found Defective' biscuits.
I have lodged complaint with Parle.I haven't received reply from Parle.

Parle bears global recognized Certifications such as ISO:22000 & FSSC:22000
plus there is inspection of Export Inspection Council of India.

Parel Company and these agencies try to cheat consumers

It is "Breach of Trust "

I am planning to lodge a Consumer Complaint in Consumer Court.
