[Resolved]  Parle — Complain about hide & seek biscuit contain kerosene oil like smell & test

This side ajay gupta ph. D scholar chemistry. Sir i purchased a hide & seek biscuit, when i open it and eat, it's smell like kerosene oil and taste also like kerosene oil. I go back to shop keeper and told him to taste he also told me it's harmful and taste like kerosene oil. I give it to some other people they give me same answer.
When i requested to shop keeper he told me that please sir for this you need to contact parle head office or costumer care i tried to contact both of them but after listening complain they put my call on hold and after 5 minutes cut the call i tried 6 times i have all call record's.
After it i called to customer consumer court they listen my complain and told me to contact you.
Sir i want to register my complain against this product i have rest of this biscuits.
