Parle — Complaint regarding contents of the Parle-g biscuit

This is to notify that I bought a packet of Parle-G of 25 rupees from online delivery app zepto, where the biscuits condition was very bad. The buiscuit in the packet is burnt and in one of packet there are 11 biscuits where the normal quantity is 13 buscuits the gap between them are filled with half biscuit which are damaged.kindly refer the photos of product.
Batch no. Is AB A net weight is 200+50g.
