Parle — Found dead worm in Melody Chocolate

I bought a Melody Chocolate packet from Dmart Nigdi and kids at my home use to eat 1-2 chocolates daily after meal and suddenly today I found a dead worm stuck in the chocolate when I opened the wrapper and was about to eat the chocolate now I came to know why their health is always down. This is so disgusting and this is creating so many serious health issues to kids unknowingly. Please take some steps to solve this issue as soon as possible and I am going to file case against the Parle Melody Chocolate company so that other kids should not suffer due to so much pathetic products where they know only to sell but not to think about the hygiene and safety at all.
