Parle — Found fungus on biscuits

I bought few packets of hide and seek from kamla store in Saharanpur, and when I opened it today i found biscuits discoloration and fungus on chocolate chips which is very disgusting, i thought it might be something else so i took a bite and it was sooo yuk i threw it out of my mouth at the very moment, it made me sick, i never thought this can happen with these biscuits cause this is my very favourite since childhood.
