I have been consuming most of the Parle products since more than a decade and have been fan of it. But now here I am drawing your attention towards one of the Parle product called 20-20 gold cashew almond cookies family pack purchased from D-MART Pune. While eating the cookie I felt gruesome and when checked, I was astonished to find a hair in it which made me vomit. I have even mailed on the customer service mail id provided on the pack [protected]@parle.biz but got no reply. I am disappointed in the service as well as the product.
