Parle — less quantity inside box

I bought 'platina milano choco & hazelnut centre filled cookies' from reliance fresh some days ago in madurai, tamil nadu. I was shocked to find only three packs inside the box even though six packs is mentioned on the outside box. The outside box looked to be not tampered and properly sealed when i opened it.
The batch details given on the box are as follows.

I bought track jack biscuit from superstore at silvassa D&NH. on 7th March 2020 . Found highly baked black brown biscuits. Not suitable to eat . I am waiting for your helping response towards this. As this is serious quality issue. Waiting for reply if I didn't get I will take up this issue on social media .
