[Resolved]  Parle — no promo code inside the pack

I bought four packets of parle bakesmith from big bazar, outside of the package was written free 18₹ paytm cash inside, and when i opened it there was no code inside of it. I mailed to the customer support but they didn't replied. It means that i wasted my money for nothing. For getting 18₹ back i bought this packet and what i get in return is nothing and arrogant reaction of customer support. Why don't company stop making parle things and starts fooling people. Why don't they do the things which suits on them. I called them but they said hello and cut the call.
