[Resolved] Parle — our dealership was terminated unfairly and without notice | |||
We are a distributor firm located in betul (M. P.) named "verma agencies" and we have distributed parle group b goods for more than 14 years. About 1 year ago a sales officer in the area named mirza firoj baig gave both group a and group b goods to deepak stores (Betul and athner m. P.) even though they are only supposed to sell only group a goods in betul. Due to this deepak stores started distributing goods in both betul and athner causing sharp drops in our sales. When we complained about this to sales officers m. Firoj baig and virendra shrivastav, they both turned a blind eye to this for more than 4 months. Then we wrote a letter to general manager about this unethical behavior (Original letter in attachment). The very next day, the sales team told us that the general manager is suddenly very angry with us for some reason and decided to terminate us without any explaination or notice. The very next day m. Firoj baig found a new dealer candidate to replace us which we can see as nothing but a conspiracy by competing dealers and sales officer against us. Firoj baig is a sales officer in betul for 8 years now which is clearly more than the usual interval of posting and he has been threatening us that he will pull some strings to terminate us for 4 years now. We then contacted manish goyal about the same and requested him to also reprimand firoj baig and deepak stores for unethical behavior to which he replied he will do as he please but you are terminated anyways. We suspect that mr. Manish goyal and virendra shrivastav are under the influence of m. Firoj baig as they just refuse to hear us when we submit complaints against him. Our only request is that deepak stores should not be given access to group b goods in betul which they are not entitled to and m. Firoj baig should be transferred for unethical behavior. Also our dealership should not be terminated unfairly and we should be made dealer again. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have got threads of plastic in rusk mfd. by PARLE I was not visible externally but hidden in slices of rusk.Company having such a big name should monitor the mfg process and maintain the quality standards because such negligence may cause severe loss to the consumer health.
